You may return most items that are new and unopened within 30 days of purchase (the date your payment was made) for a full refund of the item(s). An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required... you must contact us to request an RMA number within 30 days of the payment for the purchase. The returned items must be received at our office within ten days of the issuance of the RMA number to be considered for a return. The refunded return payment will exclude the original shipping charge when we shipped the item to you. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs to get the item(s) back to us, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item due to our mistake). Special order items, or items that have had their packages opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom items or any item that has been cut to size (including, but not limited to silicone vacuum hose) are not returnable.
We typically process return payments within 2 weeks of the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
