The Joe P MBC XZ was the first MBC ever to use Dual Ball Design. It now also needs no tools to adjust. It has a composite material knob at the end of the adjustment control (no more allen wrench) and a composite material hand lock nut (an open-end wrench is no longer needed). The new composite material of the knob and hand lock nut has lower heat conduction which keeps the adjusting hardware cooler to the touch and makes adjustment easier.

The internal spring is custom wound to Joe P specs.

The Joe P MBC XZ has overboost protection (via the second, "dual" ball) in the event of adjustment screw loss and it is the first MBC to ever provide this design.

Installation instructions and two cable ties are included. Also provided by the manufacturer are a limited LIFETIME warranty and email tech support.
