Auto Meter Ultra-Lite Auto Meter Ultra-Lite Boost Gauges come with two "light boots" - 1 red, 1 green. The use of the light boots is optional. You can use them to the change the backlighting to match, or contrast, the glow of your other gauges, or for whatever look you are going for. Auto Meter mechanical boost gauges come with 6 feet of nylon tubing and fittings to attach the tubing to the back of the gauge. Fittings for the other side of the tubing vary by model -- The Auto Meter "Vacuum/Boost" gauges, like those that read 30 In Hg/+30 PSI or 30 In Hg/+20 PSI for example, come with a "T-Fitting" from the factory which usually makes it easier to "tap your boost" from an existing line in your engine bay. However, Auto Meter "Pressure Only" mechanical gauges like the 0 - 35 PSI gauges typically have only a threaded brass fitting to tap your boost. We recommend our optional Boost Gauge Installation Fitting Kit, which includes a special T-Fitting, for easier installation of the "Pressure Only" gauges.
Auto Meter electrical boost gauges come with an 8-foot wiring harness, MAP sensor, and T-fitting.
