Altering any motor vehicle from its stock configuration can be dangerous and/or cause failure. By purchasing or using any product(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by BoostController.com LLC, the purchaser or user is agreeing that the purchaser or user either has the expertise to properly install, set, and operate the product(s), or will obtain competent professional installation services and expertise for proper use elsewhere at their own expense.
BoostController.com LLC, any entity associated with BoostController.com LLC, the manufacturers of products sold by BoostController.com LLC, and retailers and/or distributors of products provided by BoostController.com LLC are not liable for any damages or injury that may arise, either directly or indirectly, from installation or use of the products offered for sale by BoostController.com LLC. The purchaser or user of any products(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by BoostController.com assumes all risks related to and/or arising from the ownership or use of said products and agrees to indemnify and hold BoostController.com LLC harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against BoostController.com LLC related to and/or arising from ownership and/or use of said products.
Some products may not be lawful for use on public roadways. No warranty is made or implied regarding the legality of offered products when they are installed in a motor vehicle in any particular state, province, or municipality. It is the user's responsibility to determine the legality of any automotive alterations made in connection to products made by, obtained from, or distributed by BoostController.com LLC. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any devise or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used in public highways. Modification of a vehicle in any way may void the warranty coverage, if any, on a motor vehicle.
The purchaser or user must place any requests for warranty service and/or tech support by contacting the manufacturer(s) directly.

In the event of sale pricing, no rainchecks are available for out-of-stock or unavailable sale items. No credit is given for purchases made prior to, or after, the sale price. Sale prices are for web and phone purchases only, no mail order, unless otherwise posted.
