Our WEBSITE is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
Our SHOP is usually open during phone hours (see below) but it is best to call first to avoid a wasted trip... we may step out for lunch or a local delivery.

Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

SUMMER HOURS
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day the shop and phone lines typically close at 4:00 PM on Fridays.
If you call us outside of our hours of operation, we will be happy to call you back... just leave us a message!
TIP: It's best to call before 2:00 PM Eastern! If you call us after 2:00 PM Eastern you have a good chance of getting our voice mail because things usually get very busy. If you get our voice mail, leaving a message the first time is faster and less frustrating than trying to call back many times without leaving a message.
