STOCK CAN CHANGE QUICKLY, sometimes faster than our website can be updated. We make an effort to represent availability as accurately as possible, but if your order is time sensitive, you should call us to verify availability and current turnaround PRIOR to your order, to make sure your item is available for immediate shipment.
In-stock orders typically ship the same day when the order is placed via the BoostController.com website or live on the phone with a BoostController.com LLC representative and payment clears by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Please note that during very busy periods even in-stock orders may get delayed up to a few business days.
Orders that contain any items not in stock typically ship according to their stated availability which is indicated in the item listing. These items CAN ship the same day if we have one on the shelf, but we are setting expectations appropriately and letting you know that they will likely take longer as indicated in the item listing.
If an order contains both in-stock items as well as items that typically do NOT ship the same day, the entire order is typically held and shipped out in it's entirety when all items are available to ship. If the purchaser would like such orders shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery, please contact us to arrange for the payment of additional S&H charges.
BoostController.com LLC cannot be held liable for delays in shipping and there is no guaranty of same day shipping. There are situations that may be beyond our control such as sudden flucuations in order volume, extreme weather, accidents, etc. BoostController.com LLC has built its reputation on prompt shipping and honest service and will make every effort to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.
Orders that are not shipped to the "Lower 48 States" of the United States and orders not paid by either credit card or PayPal, will likely experience additional processing time before shipment. This includes orders with addresses in USA possessions, Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or Canada addresses.
We do not ship to addresses outside the USA, Canada, and US Possessions (with the exception of APO addresses). Sorry, that means everywhere else.... WE DO NOT SHIP to Europe, Asia, Australia, etc., etc.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & BILLING ADDRESS
If paying by Credit Card, BoostController.com LLC can only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card. If a different address is used during your order, the order will be canceled. If paying by PayPal, BoostController.com can only ship to the Confirmed Address in the PayPal account. Our PayPal account is set-up to refuse any purchase from an account with an Unconfirmed Address. If paying by personal check (via mail), BoostController.com LLC can only ship to the address printed on the check. NOTE: The use of a P.O. Box address typically results in a delay in shipment, or in some instances, may result in order cancellation.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
For standard shipping, BoostController.com LLC adds a flat $8.00 per order* shipping and handling charge. BoostController.com LLC may, at its sole discretion, utilize various shipping methods such as the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.
We will attempt to accommodate "express" shipping methods whenever possible. Any shipping that is not "standard shipping" will require additional fees. It is essential that purchasers communicate with us first (PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER), and obtain our acknowledgment that we can ship via your preferred method.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
All complete Turbo Systems purchased on the website from the Turbo Systems category have FREE SHIPPING to the continental 48 US States.
* We reserve the right to charge a Shipping Surcharge on orders that have a package weight of 3 pounds or more. Orders shipped outside the "Lower 48 States" may require additional shipping and handling fees.
Orders that may require a shipping surcharge due to weight, or additional fees due to locations outside the lower 48 states may not have had these additional fees included in the original purchase amount at time of purchase via the website. If additional fees are necessary, we will contact you to advise of the fees and arrange for payment. If you do not want to pay the additional fees we will be happy to promptly cancel your order and refund your purchase.
