| NOTE: As outlined below, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please read the policy below to see if your purchase qualifies for a return. No returns are accepted without an RMA number. If your purchased item appears to be malfunctioning, this is a potential warranty issue, not a return. Warranties are honored by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you are uncertain as to how to contact the manufacturer, contact us and we can provide you with the manufacturer contact information. |
BoostController.com LLC will be happy to accept your return and refund your order subject to the conditions below.
Only unused, undamaged, and 100% complete items (including any instruction manuals and registration cards, if applicable) can be considered for a return refund. Items must be in new condition, including item packaging.
All returns require prior authorization, and require the submission of the original invoice with the return. Returns must be authorized by BoostController.com LLC within 20 days of the invoice date. Before shipping a return, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us in order to request an RMA number. The item(s) must be returned within 10 days after receiving your RMA number. Returned items must be received at BoostController.com LLC within 30 days of the invoice date. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package as well as on the original invoice.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A reliable and traceable shipping means is recommended, as BoostController.com LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise not received. The refund amount will not include the original Shipping and Handling Charge, and will be less a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are only issued to the same person or entity that made the original purchase. The payment type of the refund (credit card, check, etc.) is at the sole discretion of BoostController.com LLC. Refunds that are approved by BoostController.com LLC are typically processed within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item(s).
In the case of a "Combo Special", "Package Deal", or "Package Sale", where more than one item was purchased at a stated special combination price, the credit for a returned item will be less: the entire discount that was applied to the special combination price, the original Shipping and Handling Charge, and a 20% re-stocking fee.
No refunds/returns on special orders, gauges, silicone hose, or any item that is electric/electronic (such as electronic boost controllers, turbo timers, etc.). All special order sales, gauge sales, silicone hose sales, and electric and/or electronic component sales are final.
